Included in these engagements are all of your court tasks,service of the respondent, preparation of disclosures, your MSA, Judgement Packet, as well as professional time with our neutral attorneys, parenting specialists and Certified Divorce Financial Analysts. We encourage you and your spouse to work together for the good of your family.
All of our professionals in the mediation process are neutral and have in depth experience in family law, parenting, court paperwork and the financial division of assets, debts and income. At Divorce Help you will get the highest level of expertise and service at an extremely reasonable price.
Our Founder
Jo-Ann C. Little
CFP, CDFA,Mediator, Arbitrator
Jo-Ann Christine Little, CFP, CDFA, has been involved in the financial services industry since 1983. For over 40 years now, Ms. Little has devoted her energies to helping individuals integrate their goals, objectives, dreams and resources into concrete financial plans.
Ms. Little has worked over the years with Banks, Brokerage Firms and Credit Unions. She has worked in the capacity of VP of Sales, Business Development Officer and Financial Development Consultant. She has also arbitrated and mediated for FINRA (formerly NASD) helping settle disputes within the brokerage industry. In her capacity as a financial planner, she assists clients with issues relating to risk evaluation, investments, taxes, retirement and estate planning and business planning. As a result of the increased need for sound advice and direction that accompanies the division of assets during a divorce, Ms. Little became certified in the process of Collaborative Divorce and High Conflict Divorce, as well as obtaining her Certified Divorce Financial Analyst designation. Ms. Little in addition to her mediation and financial consulting practice now works strategically with attorneys and divorce coaches to provide a fair and dignified outcome for her clients.

CFP – Certified Financial Planner – My background in financial services relative to market cycles, investment selection and lifestyle objectives allows me to best serve my clients regarding distribution of assets, reinvestment of assets and compatible paring of assets with the individuals’ expertise and lifestyle.
CDFA – Certified Divorce Financial Analyst – As a CDFA I can assist clients and other professionals such as CPA’s, Attorneys, Care Coordinators with personal financial analysis via the Family Law Software modeling. This ensures the client and the professional understands both the short term and long term financial impact of different settlement proposals. Working in tandem with professionals allows the client to understand the ramifications of their decisions relative to taxation, as well as the legal impact and estate planning ramifications.
FINRA Arbitrator & FINRA Mediator – Serving as an arbitrator and mediator for the securities industry attributes to my ability to help individuals settle disputes in a fair and ethical manner. This requires a high standard of professionalism and fiduciary duty.
High Conflict Financial Professional and Collaborative Divorce Financial Professional – These two additional certifications assist in the optimal opportunity for success in dealing with individuals under emotional stress. While the eventual outcome really depends on the individual’s involved, having the necessary tools to assist and support them can dramatically improve the outcome of negotiations.

Clients anticipating a lifestyle change – I provide them with knowledge of what changes are likely due to a transition in a living situation or divorce. Clients needing assistance with placement on lump sum distributions as a result of death or divorce. How I work: Hourly fee charged and discounted packages available.
Family Law Attorneys – I work in tandem with the attorney and/or the client to analyze the financial portfolio.
Estate Planning Attorneys – I work to help transition the estate as a result of death or divorce.
